Fenton Tract - Approximately 570 acres adjacent to campus north and east of Horsebarn Hill, extending eastward to the Fenton River. Contains a wide variety of ecosystems and glacial geomorphological features and an extensive (~8 miles) network of trails

Moss Tract - North of campus, mostly in the Town of Willington, approximately 416 acres bisected by Daleville Rd and the Fenton River. Contains a wide variety of ecological features and 3.6 miles of trails centered around a 1.9 mile section of the Nipmuck Trail.

North Eagleville Tract - West of campus, 139 acres to the north of North Eagleville Rd and east of Bone Mill Rd along a section of Cedar Swamp Brook and associated wetlands. Adjacent to Shelter Falls Park and has a shared trail network.

Spring Hill Tract - Located south of campus in Mansfield Center, 208 acres between Rt. 195 and Chaffeeville Rd adjacent to 50 Foot Cliff Preserve and containing a section of the Nipmuck Trail.

Lee Farm Tract - West of campus in the Town of Coventry, approximately 63 acres on the south side of Rt. 44. No formal hiking trails are established on this parcel.

Spring Manor Farm - On the west side of Rt. 32, across from the entrance to the composting facility and upslope from the UConn Student Farm, approximately 20 acres of mostly white pine trees.
